Refund Policy
Reel Deal Seafood Market offers a customer-friendly refund policy. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Should the product fail to meet quality standards, consumers may request a refund. You may return the seafood within 24 hours for a full refund or exchange, provided the seafood is unused and in the original packaging. In other cases, you can initiate a refund request, and have it processed if they meet the criteria below.
Initiating a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact the management team – Mr. Barrett or Ms. Noel – within 3 days of the purchase date. You can reach out to us via email at orders@reeldealseafood.com or by phone at 1 (649) 341-3484 and 1(649) 442-8342. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds will be granted under ANY ONE of the following conditions:
1. The seafood is in its original condition and packaging and the purchase was made within 3 days prior.
2. If the seafood has been used or consumed and causes severe health problems, or upon usage, the consumer notes that the seafood was spoiled. The consumer must show evidence that directly correlates or shows that it was our seafood that was purchased that was unsuitable for consumption and is the direct cause for their health problems, and it was not due to the mishandling and/or incorrect preparation of the consumer. The consumer must provide a medical report linking the health issue directly to the seafood consumed.
3. A refund request made within 7 days of the purchase date may only be accepted under extreme special circumstances.
4. Your original receipt of purchase or copy of your order placed must be provided with the refund request form.
5. A cancellation is made of a pre-order at least 24 hours before the order is meant to be delivered. The cancellation must be communicated to Management via telephone or in person. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery date and time will incur a 30% fee and will only receive a partial refund.
If one or more of those conditions is not met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or may provide full or partial credit in the form of a store credit.
Refund Options
Upon approval of the refund request, you may choose from the following options:
1. Full Refund: The purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. Store Credit: You have the option to receive the refund amount as store credit, which can be used for future purchases at Reel Deal Seafood Market.
3. Product Replacement: In certain cases, consumers may opt for a replacement of the seafood instead of a refund. We only replace purchased seafood if they are defective or damaged, or unaltered in their original state. We do not allow exchanges of seafood unless there is a defect or quality issue. If you need to exchange something for a different item, please notify us immediately including details of the seafood and proof of purchase.
We are committed to addressing any concerns regarding our consumers’ purchases and aim to provide a seamless refund process for them. We are always available to answer any queries or concerns that they may have regarding our refund policy and process.
